In recent years,with the further popularization of the Internet,the online economy has developed rapidly.Online commodity trading had greatly changed people's way of life,online shopping has become an important pattern of consumption,the amount of online transactions accounted for in the total retail spending is increasing year by year.Online economy has become an important force to promote social and economic development.But.at the same time,due to the virtual and cross-regional characteristics,chaos such as Internet fraud,false propaganda,illegal sales of fake and shoddy goods,electronic contract fraud,are constantly emerging,which has hindered the sustained and healthy development of online commodity trading.As the main supervision department of the online commodity trading market,the Administrative for Industry and Commerce face many urgent problems in the supervision of online commodity trading.This paper analyzes the current situation of online commodity trading market and existing problems in Haikou city.By using the advanced regulation experience at home and abroad,considering the actual situation of Haikou city,we explore how to use various means to strengthen the supervision of the online market.First of all,this paper introduces the current research on online market supervision at home and abroad,and expounds the necessity of strengthening the supervision of the online commodity trading market by the Administrative for Industry and Commerce,and then raises the necessity of the study of related issues.Secondly,the paper analyzes the current situation and existing problems of the online commodity market supervision in Haikou industry and commerce bureau.Finally,we find out the cause of the existing supervision problems in Haikou industry and commerce bureau,and provide some suggestions on how to further strengthen and perfect the online supervision work of Haikou industry and commerce bureau.To strengthen the online market suggestion,the Administrative for Industry and Commerce must change the concept in traditional economic management.Exploring new methods and using technological means to strengthen the online market suggestion,is the key point to further promote the sustained and healthy development of the online commodity trading market.
