In the current market with fierce competition and ever-changing customer’s demand, the enterprise not only has to meet various customers’demands, but also makes its own production management system in a high efficient running. But probably many problems happen during the production. For example, whether the materials are supplied on time or not, whether the quality of product is passed or not, how can the enterprise get a higher production capacity through improving production planning. These problems are necessary for most of enterprises in daily production management. Although the theory and method related with production management have improved greatly in the past few decades, the overdue lessons learned and method are not available for modern production under the current fast changing environment. And one management method of production planning is not always implemented successfully in the other enterprises even it has been implemented successfully in one enterprise.His an aviation enterprise, and its main business includes the research and design, production, service and guarantee of integrated avionics technology and aeronautical radio technology. It emphasizes the research and design, but ignores the production normally. But the key support for enterprise’s daily running is the profit of sale product. The unscientific production planning and out of date production management cause the extended lead time of production, restrict the progressing of production capacity, make the enterprise focus on the catching the milestone of delivery, and the delivery are delayed usually. In order to improve current situation, H has to learn the advanced theory in production, and apply the theory in the production management successfully. It is a general problem for most of enterprises.This thesis takes H for an example, makes detailed analysis on the existed problems of production management system, suggests some continued improving points to improve production planning management, and increase production efficiency. In order to solve the delayed delivery problem, the enterprise has to get a scientific and efficient management system of production planning, and the system is based on how to make the production planning. Obviously it is necessary for the enterprise to establish a reasonable and scientific management system of production planning, and it makes great practical significance for raising the efficiency of production planning.
