A Research Into The Anti-smuggling Situation And Countermeasure Of Non-customs Surveillance Zone In Guangxi

This paper firstly analyzes the history, the main characteristics and the main cause of smuggling in non-customs surveillance zone in Guang Xi. Then comprehensively summarize and review the main measures of fighting against smuggling in non-customs surveillance zone adopted by the local committee of the Communist Party, the local government and the relevant law-enforcing departments in recent years in Guang Xi and then analyzes the main difficulties and problems encountered now. Finally combining the practical situations of the anti-smuggling work, the paper puts forward the steps and strategies on social management system innovation and anti-smuggling in non-customs surveillance zone from five aspects, including fortifying the border controls, improving the current system of anti-smuggling mechanism, strengthening the cooperation of law-enforcing departments, promoting the local economic development and tackling the smuggling problem at source, intending to promote the comprehensive, balanced and sustainable development of anti-smuggling work in non-customs surveillance zone in Guang Xi.
