A Study On Informationization Construction And Countermeasure Of Harbin Long Yun Logistics Park

Harbin Long Yun logistic park is located between Heilongjiang Province and SouthernProvinces. It acts as a logistic hub in the process of Chinese commodity entering North-eastAsian. The under-constructing Long Yun is going to be a comprehensive, nationaldemonstration base and national logistic information platform. Harbin Long Yun plays animportant role in standardizing the rules, improving the growth of logistic enterprises andenhancing the service function of Harbin. In order to coordinate the enterprises in the logisticpark, optimize the resource configuration and improve the efficiency of cooperation,professional information methods are necessities.Based on analyzing the emerging, developing and operation of logistic parks, this thesispointed out that, informatization logistic park develops in the direction of large scale andnetwork, by means of information integration to improve the efficiency of logistic operations.The information trends of logistic parks are illustrated form the perspective of improvingefficiency, information sharing and comprehensive information management. Based on aboveanalysis, the examples of logistic parks informatization both in and abroad are concluded tofind useful experiences.Secondly, the basic information of Long Yun logistic park is introduced, from the aspectsof current situation of Heilongjiang Province; the informatization status of enterprises in thelogistic park and entire information management level, this thesis analyzed the current statusof Long Yun logistic park. According to the current situation, existing problems are pointedout, those are, non-uniform information standards, lack of logistic personnel, un-perfectedlogistic infrastructure and the disjunction between plans and operations.Thirdly, considering the inevtible trends of information, this thesis conducted demandanalysis from the aspects of enterprises and logistic management department in order to lay afoundation for the construction of information platform. Based on demand analysis, thefunctions of core systems such as office automation, storage management, transportationschedule and intelligent distribution are designed.Finally, in order to make the second part of Long Yun logistic park more scientific andassist decision making, this thesis proposed the procedure of information performance evaluation, including indexes choosing, the selection of evaluation method and the steps ofimplementation. Suggestions are made from the perspective of macro and micro levels fordifferent entities.
