Study On Informatization Construction Mode Of Cotton Spinning Enterprises

Along with the global economic increasing, Informatization takes critical role for the development of world economic and society. Enterprise Informatization will become the trend for sure. In China, the cotton textile enterprises are facing the threaten factors internal and worldwide. The industry needs to grow in size and capability, and rapidly complete the industrial transformation and upgrading, which demands advanced Informatization technologies to strengthen their competitive ability internationally. This will also make cotton textile companies to be managed in a modernized, scientific, automated and efficient system. The transformation is highly expected in the industry. In the field, the enterprises take their internal management as the central and expand to suppliers and customers. Building up the on structure of the Informatization technology resources of the companies and supply chain integration, norms enhance enterprise infrastructure management, improve efficiency, enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprises is of great significance.Based on analysis of the informatization technology construction mode, combined with the individual practice, using the qualitative and quantitative methods, this paper has a more in-depth study of construction mode for cotton spinning enterprises. Firstly, from the overview of the cotton spinning enterprises informatization, this paper analyzes the characteristics, the status quo of the Chinese cotton spinning enterprises, as well as the gap with developed countries, thus finding these enterprises informatization problem. Secondly, under the guidance of the enterprises informatization integration architecture theory, this paper proposes the principles of the enterprise informatization model construction, the technology roadmap and selection factors of the enterprise informatization, and on this basis, this paper focuses on the key points, the overall framework, application level and the main application system of the cotton spinning enterprise informatization integrated framework and so on. Last, take Huafu Group, the leader of the cotton spinning enterprises as an example, based on the status quo of the Huafu Group informatization, put forward the overall plan of the Huafu Group informatization construction from general principles, general idea, organizational system construction planning, central authority positioning of informatization technology. And this paper builds index system of cotton spinning enterprise informatization, comparing the effect before and after the integration architecture. Finally, according to the comparison result, this paper proposes some suggestions of the Huafu Group enterprise informatization.This paper has a research of cotton spinning enterprise informatization, in the hope of practically guiding the informatization construction of related enterprises.This paper concludes20figures,8tables and41references.
