Design And Implementation Of Shaanxi's Public Logistics Information Platform

Informatization is the spirit of Logistics. The State Council has already placed the Logistics Informatization, to be specific, the acceleration of the development of Industry PLIP, as a priority of Logistic development in "Logistic Adjustment and Development Scheme". The construction and development of PLIP in Shaanxi is essential to the PLIP development Scheme of Shaanxi. It would provide measures and devices for modern Logistics advancement, therefore forms a system that offers cooperation and construction for cities and regions.Providing the above background and the status quo of Shaanxi Logistics, this thesis explores the real needs of PLIP in Shaanxi Logistics development, clarifies the significance of such needs, and analyzes the problems it faces and potential challenges it may encounter. Bearing in mind of different participants and service principals'call for a varied Logistics information and service, this thesis also summarizes the relevant information and its functional parts that are needed for PLIP planning. In addition, based on the Regional PLIP theories, this thesis also orients the targets and principle of developing such platform. A framework of Shaanxi's PLIP development and its sub-systems, which includes both its functions and service structure, are also proposed. At last, centered in the design of PLIP, this thesis offers a guide for the construction, development and successful operation of Shaanxi's PLIP, by examining a tailored construction strategy, operating mode and a specific implementation step.
