Willingness To Study The Institutional Environment Heritage Perception Of Family Businesses To Continue

The family business as an ancient form of enterprise organization, made a remarkable contribution to the world economy. However, family businesses, though a large number, but life is short, and often died in between generations. To the problem of inheriting the existing studies mostly focus on internal factors influence on intergenerational inheritance, but not enough to explain why so many business owners have to give up their children to inherit. Therefore, this paper will consider the institutional environment factors, and divide the intergenerational inheritance wishes of the family business for the control of the dominant and recessive inheritance, cannot be directly observed the contents of the inheritance, from the content of the control of the dominant and recessive inheritance system of two aspects to consider whether the macro environment quality will be between generations of the family business.Adopt the way of questionnaire, this paper could be divided into the government behavior system environment perception, perception and the financial legal system environment and the market order and intermediary service of three parts, and between generations will ask and answer basic information and enterprise respectively. Through the model building, and put forward hypothesis, and benchmark regression and robustness test of the model, the empirical test system of family enterprises in our country environment perception of intergenerational inheritance wishes. The empirical results show that:1) the owners of the institutional environment awareness and control of the inheritance wishes, unfavorable institutional environment perception will intend to reduce their inheritance; 2) family enterprise system environment perception and tacit knowledge, entrepreneurship and entrepreneur network positively correlated relationship, namely the system of environmental awareness, the better, the family.
