In the past 10-20 years, China will face the peak of family business heritage of reform and opening up, because the first generation of entrepreneurs over 30 years of struggle, has been gradually into old age. They are faced with how to enable enterprises to achieve smooth transition, that is, the intergenerational transmission of family business issues. In order to explore how to achieve the sustainable development of family firms, this paper, issues of heritage and research in order to help the inheritance of family businesses smoothly and successfully delivered.First, I read a lot of family businesses through the literature, reviews the development of family business situation at home and abroad, expounded China's family business, and Intergenerational Transmission of Family Enterprise's basic theory, the study pointed out that the development path, this study identified Significance.Secondly, our family business from the study the current situation of inter-generational inheritance, defined the intergenerational transmission of family business characteristics, namely, China will face the peak of the transfer of power, "inherited his father's" inheritance pattern is still the mainstream of our heritage Model, successor to the importance of culture; in understanding the basis of the status quo and then analyzed the inheritance of family business problems, in-depth analysis.Thirdly, in understanding the intergenerational transmission status of the family business, based on the analysis method through the game of family businesses and successors of the shift changes, the incumbent will carry out detailed analysis and discussion; the use of questionnaires, data analysis using SPSS12.0 software and the method of multiple regression analysis of inheritance of the children joined the family business conducted in-depth research, clear the affected children joined the family business of the seven elements of the seven elements and the foreign market factors, business factors, personal factors, family factors coincide, while identifying the various elements of the business impact of their children joined the extent of this problem for enterprises laid the foundation for the success of heritage; in understanding the status of our family business succession, based on a simple analysis of the Family Enterprise the reasons for lack of succession planning, a clear succession plan in this paper the four elements, based on the previous paper, proposed training and selection of candidates plan put forward this innovative model of candidate selection.
