The Impact Of Succession Factors On Succession Process On Clothes Industries Small Family Business In Jakarta

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is influence of personal factors,intra-family relationships,context factors,and financial factors on the succession process.The population in this study is a family business located in Central Jakarta.The sampling method was carried out by purposive sampling method.Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 people,namely the owners and successors of the family business.Data analysis technique using multiple regression analysis.The results of this study are that there is a significant influence between personal factors,intra-family relationships,and financial factors on the succession process and there is no significant influence between context factors on the succession process in a family business located in Tanah Abang,Central Jakarta.
