The Study On The Integartion Of Urban And Rural Endowment Insurance System Of Shandong Province

In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s economy, whether in the city or in the countryside, living standards have greatly improved. At the same time,behind the development, the problems are exposed gradually. With the influence of dual economic structure and the growing population aging, development is lopsided in urban and rural areas. Between urban and rural areas income is gradually widening.Farmers are dissatisfied with their lives, so that the contradiction between urban and rural areas of our country is becoming more and more prominent.Endowment insurance, as a part of social security, is worth noting. Currently,China’s endowment insurance’s development is not balance, the level of endowment insurance in the urban is much higher than the level in rural. But the group of farmer has play a important role in our country, so developed the endowment insurance in rural is particularly important to integration the endowment insurance between urban and rural areas. Shandong Province, as a great province of east, the development of urban and rural endowment insurance is very fast. But there are also some problems.Urban and rural endowment insurance has not completely unified. It did not solve the problem in the rural areas. These will affect the endowment insurance coordinated development of Shandong province. Therefore, it is particularly important to integration insurance system.This article are include four aspects. Firstly, the introduction of the evolution and development of urban and rural endowment insurance system after the founding PRC,analyzing the current situation of urban and rural endowment insurance system in Shandong province. Secondly, find out the existence of the merger of urban and rural endowment insurance system in Shandong Province and the then analyses the reasons.Then, compared the three kinds of thinking of integration, through analyzing advanced experience of the region from domestic and foreign, obtained the beneficial enlightenment. Finally, the author put forward my own suggestions to integration endowment insurance of Shandong province in urban and rural.
