Endowment Insurance Of Urban And Rural Integration Studies In Shanxi Province

With the tendency of an aging population, providing for the elderly becomes a hottopic. The endowment insurance system in China shows its complexity, for instance,lots kinds of systems existing side by side, huge urban-rural differences, disparatetreatment, which based on the questions what refers to the history, economic, societyand the culture under the special background in our country. All of this go against thefairness which is the intrinsic attributes of social security.The future reform plans ofsocial security from different angles and varying degree had been put forward manytimes at important meetings. Building a more fair and sustainable social security systemwhich clear the goal of the next step has been put forward in “The central committee ofthe communist party of China on several major issues comprehensively deepen reform”on the third plenary session of18.Endowment insurance of urban-rural integration which have been seen as afoothold means that a multi-level system consist of a unified basic endowmentinsurance system based on citizenship and an additional pension insurance system basedon the region and a supplementary endowment insurance system based on the career. Atpresent, according to the development process of the pension reform, discussing thisquestion has not only the theoretical significance but also the realistic meaning forfuture reform. In this paper, integrated use the method of literature review, comparativeanalysis, case analysis and summary of the law. At first, explain the existing researchresults and the theoretical basis, find out the problems that caused by urban and ruraldifferences through a comparative analysis of urban and rural endowment insurancesystem from specific describes the present situation of the endowment insurance inShanxi Province. And then, choose typical countries and regions at home and abroad asanalysis object, analyze the development course of endowment insurance, and sum upthe experiences of the desirable. In the end, this paper aim to find a path, applicable,operable, for the construction of endowment insurance system which urban and ruralintegrate, based on the problems which conclusion from the above chapter andexperiences from typical countries and regions.
