Economic globalization and the rapid development of international environment anddomestic environment will bring a new era of enterprise development. Facing with thegrim competitive situation, strategic management has become essential for enterprises togain competitive advantage.On the perspective of Strategic management, hierarchicalformulate competitive strategies will facilitate the implementation of the feasibility.Containing the knowledge, ability, experience of the employee, human capital as causalambiguity and path dependence, competitors are difficult to imitate, and graduallysubstitute material, technical resources, known as a source of competitive advantage.Strategic human capital resources become the core competitiveness, this study innovativelyoriented business layer, exploring the VRIO characteristics of corporate strategic humancapital, to seek investment method to acquire it.In this study, firstly, the business-oriented layer business strategy is divided intoproduct differentiation and cost leadership.Secondly, through SPSS, AMOS statisticalsoftware, questionnaires to collect data, using confirmatory factor analysis studies tocompare under the two business strategy, the VRIO characteristics of human capital,namely, the value(V), rarity (R), inimitability (I) and organization (O), compared fourcharacteristic path coefficients of VRIO. Then, build structural equation model, throughthe analysis of the path under the two strategies, HRP is divided into capacity enhancedHRP (A), motivation enhanced HRP (M) and the opportunity to strengthen type HRP (OP),analysis of three kinds of HRP to differently influence the VRIO characteristics of strategichuman capital, through the way of human resource management practices to develop thedifferent characteristics of strategic human capital.The results showed that: the business layer strategy, complete with corporate strategichuman capital has the value, rarity, inimitability and organization four characteristics;under the cost leadership strategy, the rarity and inimitability of strategic human is moresignificant; while under the product differentiation strategy, the rarity, inimitability andorganization of strategic human capital is more significant. Strategic human resourcemanagement practices have different influence on the VRIO characteristics of strategichuman capital. In daily management activities, enterprises can refer to the correspondingconclusions, human resource management practices and implementation of the corporatestrategy scientifically matched to invest in human capital, access to the strategic humancapital, ultimately gain sustained competitive advantage. In this study, bring many scientific research results to the enterprise management.
