The straw plastic is the major product of Jiangsu Jinhe Advanced Technology CO.,Ltd. The product takes straw turning waste into treasure by national patent technology,solves the outlet problem of crop straw and other waste which disturb the country for manyyears. It also reduces the cost of plastic products, improves the material degradation, andeases the burden on the environment. The performance of the product and the traditionalplastics is equivalent. Its density, strength and other performance index is better than thetraditional plastic, which can be widely applied in the field of daily necessities, disposablehotel supplies, gardening supplies, water conservancy, building materials and etc.As alternatives to traditional plastics, straw plastic has a variety of good news forpolicy and various advantages. But due to inherent habits from mature supply chain andbenefit chain, the acceptance of new thins, energy-saving environmental protection,institutional defects and other factors, the scale of production has been difficult to form,Jinhe company fall into the universal predicament for small and medium-sized technologyenterprises.How to let Jinhe company be out of trouble as soon as possible and take the broadprospects product which benefits the country and the people to form sale scale become anurgent problem to be solved. Practice has proved that, only by making clear strategy andimplement seriously can effectively solve the problem of subsistence and development forcompany. According to the company’s actual, this paper researches and discusses oncompany’s strategy, and designs a feasible strategy for the company as soon as possible.Firstly, this paper which is based on the theory of strategic management carries on theanalysis of the basic company situation and puts forward the necessity of company’sstrategic design.Secondly, this paper analyses the internal and external environment of the companyand studies on the combining of theory and practice with the method of PEST+R analysis, Potter’s five forces model analysis, SWOT analysis and etc.Thirdly, this paper which is based on the analysis of internal and external environmentanalyze and design strategy for this company, determine the strategic foundation elements,competitive strategy and development strategy.Finally, this paper puts forwards a series of feasible suggestions to the company’ssecurity for strategy implementation.This paper not only has the practical significance to the development of Jinhecompany, but also has a certain reference value to the similar enterprises and small andmedium-sized enterprises.
