China's economic reform will deepen in 2018,and Chinese manufacturing enterprises will undergo the baptism of eliminating the fittest and gradually become mature and perfect.The majority of small and medium-sized enterprises in China generally have the weaknesses of non-standardization of their own management and lack of scientific theoretical guidance.With the development of small and medium-sized enterprises,a series of problems have become increasingly prominent.In the process of development and growth,it is very important for enterprises to predict,evaluate the future situation and to formulate and implement the correct development strategy under the guidance of scientific theory.How to apply the theory of strategic management to guide enterprises to solve their own problems and stand out in the fierce competition has become the main task of enterprises at this stage.BH company that in the field of manufacturing industry is taken as the research object in this paper.By means of observation,The method of combining theory with contrast and quantitative with qualitative is adopted,the macro-environment,industry environment,resource advantages and capability level of BH company are analyzed and evaluated.The purpose is to match the opportunities and threats,advantages and disadvantages faced by BH company with its competitive strategy.Construct a competitive strategy suitable for the development of enterprises themselves.We formulate an effective strategy implementation plan,and put forward specific methods and measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy in this paper.At the same time,according to the disadvantage of BH company,we provide an improvement plan and relevant suggestions,so that the strategic management theory can guide the development of enterprises further.This paper studies the competition strategy of BH company.Firstly,in order to solve the practical problems existing in the development process of BH company,it aims to help BH company formulate detailed competition strategy suitable for BH company's own development,help BH company effectively resolve the problems and challenges faced in the operation process,and play a guiding role in the future competition of BH company in the market.Secondly,the study of BH company's competitive strategy not only guides BH company to optimize the allocation of resources,explore its own competitive advantages and core competencies,and improve the level of enterprise competitiveness.At the same time,the formulation and implementation process of the strategy can also provide solutions for Chinese manufacturing enterprises in the same predicament and facing the same problems,which has great reference significance.Thirdly,the application of mature strategic management theory to specific enterprise practice is also to verify the correctness and universal applicability of the theory.It also has strategic guiding role and tactical guiding role for the development of Chinese enterprises.The innovations of this paper are as follows:1.On the basis of practical investigation and theoretical analysis,this paper innovatively summarizes the key success factors of environment-protection machinery manufacturing industry,and also evaluates the ability of BH company and its main competitors in various factors.Combing comparative advantages of BH company,we draw up the corresponding competitive strategy and put forward measures for the implementation of the strategy in this paper.It provides reference on formulating competitive strategy for BH company and other related enterprises in the same industry.2.This paper formulates the differentiation competitive strategy for BH company.Via BH company's comparative advantages,we propose to create barriers in two aspects—technological innovation and product innovation,trying to open up new market areas,and to lead market demand with new technologies and new product forms.The viewpoint of this paper provides a new way of thinking for the enterprises in Blue Ocean industry that can not effectively expand their market share only by relying on low-cost competitive strategy in the process of transformation and upgrading.3.This paper puts forward specific methods on implementing the differentiation strategy and puts forward detailed suggestions on the measures for the implementation of the strategy.For example,BH company should implement the differentiation strategy in product development and technology innovation,and also focus on strengthening the research and development of sustained innovation and product differentiation,as well as the construction of information technology and human resources.
