TK Group(Holdings)Limited was founded in 1983 in Hong Kong starting from a small workshop with 7 people.Today,TK has become a large and listed group in the mold industry and injection molding industry in PRC with more than 4000 employees after 30 years development.TK Group grows so fast in such competitive environment,one of the key reasons is the correct strategy the company made and implemented.The thesis studied the business development,strategy background and marketing environment and found the suitable strategic planning which guides the business further development at last.Injection mold is the core of the injection molding industry,and plays a vital role in the quality of injection molding products.Clients needs injection mold with smart appearance and size for production and reproduction.I analysis the competitive environment and learn from the successful experience from counterparts base on the strategy theories and the investigation of molding marketing research,then formulate competitive strategies and plans for the company’s current development after various comparison including the current status,advantages and disadvantages of the company.Firstly,this thesis describes the theories of the strategy,including the strategy management theory and competition strategy theory;secondly,the thesis studies the development status of China mould Market and the abilities of own production,management,marketing,technology development and other competitive ability of TK Group.It also analysis the external environment,including politics,economy,law,nature,religion,technology,social culture and so on,industry environment,such as the existing competitors,new entrants,substitutes,buyers,suppliers analysis and the internal environment of TK Group,including enterprise resource,enterprise ability,enterprise culture and other factors,then propose centralization strategy.Secondly,this thesis also discusses the organization structure adjustment,the main process review,project implementation plan,schedule,implementation,budget,resource and KPI of TK Group,to create the core competitiveness of the company long-term development and achieve the company’s competitive strategy.The thesis finds out the competitive strategy for TK group development based on the research of TK Group’s competitive strategy.First,all the managers can find the company opportunities and challenges.Second,the managers can understand the company’s competitive advantages and disadvantages.This research is helpful for the strategic development of TK Group,and also provides some reference for the industry.
