As the main material of nuclear island equipments installed in nuclear powerplant (eg: pressure vessels, steam generators, voltage regulators and supervisorsthe main channel), For the monopoly and blockade of the key manufacturingtechnology from abroad in its early,although years of scientific research, but stillface quality is not stable, and the quality influence factors are various andcomplex interweave, led to the current nuclear power quality of large forgings isstill the main influence factors in the process of nuclear power plant construction.By means of the analysis and studies on Non Conformity Reports in theprocess of large forgings producted, can grasp the the background, causes, pathand influence degree of quality factors; After key factors screened, can set upscientific control model, It will be a beneficial exploration for nuclear powerlarge forgings quality level.Based on the theory of quality control, firstly, class the causes of NCR ofnuclear power large forgings to the man, machine, material, method, ring;Secondly, on the basis of classification of the cause of nuclear power largeforgings quality factors are analyzed, decompose the man, machine, material,method, ring into second order and third order; Through the analysis of the headof RVI manufacturing process and the Statistical analysis of the quality factorsinfluencing, laid a foundation for subsequent quality influence factors ofselecting; Through membership degree calculation and analytic hierarchy process(ahp), will be quality factors in the selection analysis, it is concluded that thecurrent nuclear power quality of large forgings first-order critical factor is themethod of factor and material factor, the second order key factors for theoperation, development and material quality factors, three key factors are forging,technical level, heat treatment, material quality factors.Through the analysis and research, this article also study on the key factors ofthe control for nuclear power quality of large forgings. It is mainly combinedwith nuclear power large forgings’ producting, firstly, carrying out in accordancewith the control planning of its early, mid, and later periods, secondly,putting forward the control points, and then the practical control measures. In this paper, we formulate the corrective measures for the failure of the qualitycontrol measures, and primarily establish nuclear power large forgings qualitycontrol model of key factors.
