In recent years,according to the national12th five-year plan,with the emergenceof a large number of new hospitals buildings and investments of hospitals, second andthird tier medical markets meet new opportunities. With trends of hospitalenvironment changing and the increase caused by the demands of hospitalization,medical textiles industry ushers in a huge market potential and sustained growth,market competition will be more intense. At present, the domestic medical textileenterprises generally have a small scale, low-end products, lack of independent brands,and scarcity of professional talents.In order to face the situation which the opportunity and the challenge coexists,We need to attract, select and train more professionals to increase the technologicalcontent of products, to promote the high-grade products by guiding and educatingcustomers, to enhance the company gain more business partners and customers byestablishing flat sales channels. The support of the professional personnel selectionand training system will become one of the key factors in the further development ofmedical textile industry.This study takes the personnel selection and training system of L Companywhich is a new founded company in domestic medical textiles industry as a researchobject. Based on the theories of recruitment and training, combined with the operationsituation of pioneering initial stage of L Company, we aim to discuss and solve theproblems in personnel selection and training system from the angles of recruitmentneeds lacking, unstructured personnel selecting and training.Methods such as literature review, case studies, surveys, interviews are used onthe research of improving the personnel selecting and training system by professionalcompetence model, structured interview Handbook and personnel training systemconstruction. This paper will study an effective way for China’s medical textileenterprise which is in the phase of start-up to establish its own personnel selection andtraining system based on international advanced methodology.
