Quality is vital to an enterprise. The quality of the products is determined by theproduction operations of an enterprise. The continuous improvement of the productionquality is an important link in the process of realization of excellent product quality.The importance in improving the production quality management is more self-evidentfor assembly production as the main business operations. Facing the uncertainty ofmarket supply and demand, the products need rapid innovation and upgrading, anenterprise must be able to deliver new varieties of products constantly. The importantissue that every production-oriented enterprise is facing is how to effectivelyimplement quality management control in the product realization processes, this isalso a focus in the study of this thesis.This thesis mainly studies quality management problems in the process ofproduction of company Y. In Chapter one, the studying background and significanceare introduced. The present situation and the market position of company Y also areintroduced. Hence, as an enterprise, the quality management is the perpetual theme ofits living and development. Chapter two reviewed the quality management theory aswell as the correlation research literature of both inside and outside. The third chapteranalyzes the quality management problems and causes in the process production ofcompany Y. In the fourth chapter, in order to solve quality management problems nthe process of production of company Y, this thesis discusses how to improve theinformation system, culture, production site management of company Y, advanced therelevant improved step. The fifth chapter describes the implementation and effects ofY production and quality improvement programs. In the fifth chapter actual effect andspreading value after improving are pointed out. By optimizing the management andcontrol of quality information systems to achieve improved production quality of itsproducts and continue promote the production site management level.The study of production quality management problem analysis and thecombination of information technology tools to improve the process productionquality control of company Y will be useful for the production companies whose mainbusiness is OEM. This thesis provides a new perspective and approach to theproduction-oriented enterprises to improve production and quality management.
