Research On Improvement Of Quality Management Issues Of A Company Product

With the further development of the integration of world economic,the company will face a more intense competitive environment,so the company needs to improve its competitiveness constantly and comprehensively.While Product quality is the direct embodiment and the foundation of the competitiveness of a company and quality management is an important way to improve the product quality of a company,it is very essential for a company to have a good product quality system.The progress of science and technology has promoted the rapid upgrading of industrial production.And the implementation of the national strategy of "Made in China 2025" put forward higher requirements for the management ability of the company.What's more,the new situation has given a new mission for Chinese companies to change the low quality image of "Made in China" in the world.Therefore,Chinese companies must build their own competitiveness what makes improving product quality the top priority.This paper took A company as an embodiment and analyzed the problems of the quality management system of A company through systematically qualitative and quantitative analysis by applying quality management theories and research methods.The main content of this paper is systematically analyzing quality management system of A company using the theory of total quality management,product development and manufacturing,supply chain quality management system to find out its problems,and further analyzing the design process,the manufacturing process and supply chain process from the product realization process,and finally combining with the internal actual condition of A company,using the theory and method of quality management as well as the quality system standard requirements,etc.to propose the improvement measures and implementation safeguard measures for the problems of A company's product quality management.
