Research On Manufacturing Quality Management Improvement Of The Company Of Shenzhen Carsafe

Quality is the life to survive and the competitiveness core for a developing enterprise,as well as the strategic factor for its continuous development.TQC is an effective way to ensure quality of product and service,especially in todays' "Internet Age" with the core of "by user' thinking".Because effective quality management can not only make full advantage of resources,lower costs,deepen experience of customers,improve satisfaction,benefit whole society,but also expand the share of markets,enhance the profitability,and make a sustainable and healthy development available.Meanwhile,it can also assist the strategy of "Made in China" to that of"Created in China",furtherly realize the plan of “Made in China 2025".The company of Shenzhen Carsafe Tech&Dept Co.,Ltd.is a Hi-tech enterprise in the field of security & vehicle-parking in China.In the process of continuous development,the enterprise has to confront a grave situation of converged shocking from the same kind and more forward/backward integrative enterprises.In the fierce competition on market between homogeneous and alternative products,it involves total challenge to whole system of the company including product,service and quality management.By establishing a subject of the company's manufacturing & quality control management improvement,making series field investigations,questionnaire surveys,historical data analysis,and adopting a basis of relevant theories of TQM,this paper introduces the current situation of the company's manufacturing and quality management in three dimensions of the full staff,the all process and the each method,and focuses on diagnosing the problems and causes in the process of the manufacturing and quality control.Furtherly,it puts forward the specific plan to improve the quality of manufacturing and quality control,namely,to improve the quality of the whole staff's product manufacturing management by TQM training plans;To improve the quality of materials by optimizing the organizational structure of suppliers,formulating supplier performance system,and implementing PFMEA in the manufacturing process of suppliers.Meanwhile,through the reform of qualified piecework,SPC quality control and closed-loop management of non-qualified products to improve product manufacturing process management,accordingly,enhance product manufacturing quality management capabilities for the whole process;To increase the effectiveness of the whole methods of manufacturing and quality management by the improving DMAIC thematic quality control and PDCA-cycled QCC circle.Finally,to presents the improvement plan of the company's manufacturing and quality management.Meanwhile,through establishment of two-in-one quality continuous improvement platform and KPI system for manufacturing and quality management,to ensure implementation of the company's manufacturing and quality management arrangement.The solution proposed in the paper is helpful to improve manufacturing & quality management,enhance customer satisfaction and increase market share.It not only is a practical guide for Carsafe itself,but also an useful reference for China's security & vehicle-parking industry and similar high-tech enterprises,especially for those small and medium-sized enterprises integrating R&D,manufacturing and sales.
