The Mechanism Study Of Technological Elements In Income Distribution In Shaanxi

As the Economic Age comes, technological factors which are based on andsupported by knowledge stand out, and have officially been increasingly important ineconomic growth. The technological innovation capability has gradually strengthenedtheir influence on the regional economy. With abundant and excellent technologicalresources, the scientific research and development ability in Shaanxi Province is thetop ten in China. However, the economic power in Shaanxi is far behind itstechnological strength. Unfortunately, the development of technological innovationcapability fails to bring economic growth to Shaanxi. The main reason is theunreasonable income distribution between the subject of technological elements andthat of the technical requirement in cooperative innovation.The literature home and abroad on the income distribution of cooperativetechnological innovation is available. But there are many problems in the researches,such as the lack of systematic analysis of income distribution in cooperative innovation,the weak basis in modeling, and the difficulty to apply the model to practice. Therefore,based on the former researches, the thesis illustrates the way of the combination ofqualitative and quantitative analysis, the deep systematic research in the participationof technological elements in the whole cooperative innovation process, the division ofinnovation, the analysis of the characteristics of each participative subject, theswitching path of technological elements in innovation and the principles of valueincrement, and the deduction of several different innovative modes. On these bases,with the apply of the game theory, the construction of two income distribution models—one under the “technology drive” technology transfer mode and the other under the “market-push” commissioned development mode, the build of incentive mechanismfor the possible moral risks in the innovation process, the thesis comes to theconclusion:Under the technology transfer mode, the technical side usually chooses tocooperate with the well commercialized corporations. At the same time, the higher theexpectations the technology subject holds for its technical achievements, the bigger theloss of the corporation will be. Under the commissioned development mode, thetechnical side is entrusted by corporations to do the researches. The income ratio of thetechnical side rises with its effort level and the value of the technology, but decreaseswith rises in its innovation costs.Last but not least, the thesis presents the case of the technological cooperativeprograms of coal chemical industry and research institutions, minutely elaborate thespecific steps of the income distribution model in practice, and give respective policyrecommendations to the Shaanxi government.
