Empirical Research On Distribution Of National Income In Hebei Province

Since reform and opening up, the income distribution of Hebei Province has changed dramatically. Grasping the present state of income distribution accurately has an important meaning not only in theory, but also in reality.The income distribution pattern according to production elements and income distribution pattern according to production subjects from 1996 to 2003 are measured based on the funds flow table and of regional components gross product. Their changing laws and corresponding causes are analyzed with focus on the analysis of the impact on the national economy, and some policy recommendations are put forward for improving the distribution of national income with a hope to provide reference for people to judge correctly the situation of national income distribution in our province.The income distribution according to production elements and income distribution pattern according to production subjects of Hebei Province and the changing trends: In the income distribution according to production elements, worker's reward share was lower than in developed countries and was gradually declining, capital revenue share was higher than in developed countries and was gradually rising; In the income distribution pattern according to production subjects, the share of government and corporate was relatively high and was gradually rising, the share of residents was relatively low and was gradually declining. In the process of distribution of income, more income was possessed by the government and corporate.The income distribution according to production elements and income distribution pattern according to production subjects of our country are measured using the same method as above. By comparing the distribution pattern of Hebei Province with the national distribution pattern, we find that the distribution of income in Hebei is more inclined to capital and corporate. The dissertation makes an emphatic analysis of the causes for this situation.The current distribution pattern is not conducive to industrial upgrading and the transition of the economic development mode. So the government should improve relevant policies to improve worker's reward and residents' income.
