In our today’s market economy system, some private enterprises are facing jobcommitment is not high in our country, there is a certain particularity of privateenterprises, many enterprises in their management process, has recognized the jobcommitment of importance, but the specific operation of the enterprise, or there aresome problems that have seriously hindered the operation and development of privateenterprises, not only affects the relationship between the company and employees, andnot conducive to human resources management and development of.In this study, the actual survey questionnaire for the study based on the status ofemployees through research into work. On this basis, pointed out the factors thatinfluence job involvement, explores the work of our employees to enhance investmentstrategies to better improve the level of job involvement and make some constructivesuggestions.First, the application of literature research, comparative analysis of the macroaspects of employees of state enterprises and private enterprises invested comparison ofemployees’ work, finishing work found to affect employees into a major problem factor.And factors identified by the problem of private enterprise employees work in-depthstudy into the issue.Secondly, employees of private companies issuing questionnaires from age, gender,education, work experience, a comparative analysis of job commitment of privateenterprise and private enterprise employees work to find the impact of inadequate investment, and from the state, enterprises, three levels on individual factors affectingsummarized.Finally, the status of employees working investment, factors such as impactanalysis, proposed measures to enhance employee engagement from the state,enterprises and individuals at three levels, mainly from the comprehensive professionalstaff to enhance the quality, standardize and improve enterprise management systemand incentive mechanism, excellent shape corporate culture and other aspects ofpromotion.
