| In the increasingly external fierce market competition, the enterprises need to seek more stable and reliable internal factor. The human capital is always the key of enterprise’s development and prosperous. Now the millennial employees are as the new force stepping into society working in plenty of fields. They have become the backbone of enterprises’ development dynamic, especially in manufacturing factory. Meanwhile, It’s would be urgent for managers how to management of the millennial employees. Many enterprises are facing the embarrassing situation of employee engagement’s decline since the 1980s. The employee engagement is not only the key factor to affect the organization’s performance, but also the important value and significance for the survival and development of enterprises.There are a lot of studies on the employee engagement in recent years, this article introduces and analyzes the theory empirical research on employee engagement in Chinese and western. Taking the millennial employees of domestic manufacturing industry as the main research object, base on the reference of other research to investigate several factors’ impact on the employee engagement, such as the distributive justice, organizational support and job demands, focusing on the mediation of work values between the engagement and job performance, analyzing the reason of the result, establishing the employee engagement evaluation index system and model, discussing the research significance on the theory and the practice, the limitations of the study and putting forward the research direction in the future. All the achievement in this investigation will bring the benefit to enterprise practice in the future. |
