Research On The Corporate Social Responsibility Of Smalland Medium-sized Enterprise

SMEs（Small and medium enterprise）are an important force of our county’s sustainableeconomic development. Whether they fulfill their social responsibility is not only related tobusiness development, but also concerned to the operation and development of the wholesociety. But for a long time, most SMEs are not fully aware of the importance of socialresponsibility. Their fulfillment of social responsibility is not commensurate with theireconomic contribution. So, how to promote SMEs to fulfill their social responsibility hasbecome an important issue for social research.Carving industry is a pillar and special industry of Quyang. SMEs are the majority ofcarving enterprises. They are facing the common problem of our country. SEMs also havetheir characteristics,development advantages and obstacles. This paper make Quyang carvingenterprise as the research object. Based on CSR theory and the current situation of Quyangcarving enterprises, it has an in-depth analysis of its lack of social responsibility and thecauses. It also use the experience of establish social responsibility from home and abroad forreference. Quyang SMEs could explore ways to build corporate social responsibility system.This paper is divided into four chapters. In reviewing the literature of socialresponsibility at home and abroad, the paper describes the characteristics of SMEs to fulfilltheir social responsibility to clarify the necessity of SMEs to fulfill social responsibility. Ithave a comprehensive analysis of enterprise and give a discussion for the characteristics andsocial responsibility under the CRS system theory. It give advice for building the necessityfor the development of enterprises in Quyang carving. Explore the path of the establishingsocial responsibility system from the driving force and the external security. And give itsown suggestions for our county’s SMEs to fulfill social responsibility.
