The essence of the buffer for critical chain project management is to absorb the uncertainty in the progress of the project.By analyzing the uncertainty factors in the product Research and Development projects,the buffer settings can be made more realistic.The completion of product R&D projects on schedule is significant to the company,it will effectively ensure that the products will be listed as scheduled,so as to ensure the market share of the products.This paper analyzes the uncertainty in the process of product R&D projects,proposes a buffer setting method based on improved resource tension and other uncertainties,validates it using Crystal Ball simulation software,and prototypes critical chain project management development and verification.Firstly,by analyzing the specific process of product R&D projects,the four uncertainties in the product R&D project and the impact of these four uncertainties on the progress of product R&D projects are pointed out,and four uncertain factors are taken as buffers.The basic considerations of the district setting lay the foundation for the setting of the buffer zone.Secondly,in order to solve the impact of various uncertainties in the process of product projects on the progress of product R&D projects,based on four uncertain factors,the measurement indicators for four uncertainties were proposed.Based on the measurement of four uncertain factors and the root variance method,a buffer setting method based on the improved resource tension and other uncertain factors was proposed to make the buffer settings more practical.Thirdly,in order to verify the effectiveness of the buffer setting method based on uncertain factors such as improved resource stress,according to the buffer setting method based on uncertain factors such as improved resource stress,using Crystal Ball for Shandong Shanda Hoteamsoft the secondary development project of the CAPP system was simulated and analyzed.Three methods such as the buffer setting method based on the improved resource tension and other uncertain factors were compared in the average duration,the completion rate were 100%and the differences in variance,range of variation to prove the effectiveness of this method.Finally,according to the basic process of key chain management,based on Shandong Shanda Hoteamsoft Software's CO-PLAN system software,the critical chain project management functions of product R&D projects were designed and implemented,and secondary development of Shandong Shanda Hoteamsoft Software Company's CAPP system was implemented and verified.
