Study On Communication Management For Interior Development Project Of Civialaircraft

Project Communication Management is one important part of the nine knowledgehierarchies of project management. It participates in the whole life cycle of the projectand is essential to promote the progress of the project. This paper research on thecommunication management of Interior development project which is the sub-project ofnational key technology project “Large CivilAircraft Development”.First, this paper present related theory of communication management, including thecontent and definition of communication management, the classification forcommunication management and the cause of communication obstacle. Describeresearch on the communication management at home and abroad at recent years.Second, The paper describe the research content, organization hierarchy of theproject, development workflow of the Interior Development Project, the communicationtechnics and approach utilized within and out of the organization. Based on this, analyzecurrent communication obstacle of the project. Point out the internal requirement of thecommunication management for Interior development project.Third, aimed at this communication obstacle problems occurring during the projectand combined with Interior development actual situation, the paper propose acommunication management improvement plan at Stakeholder Identification,Communication Planning, Info Diffusion, Performance Report, communication channeland communication obstacle elimination six aspects of Interior Development projectcommunication management.Finally, apply improved communication management procedure called Workshop to test the real effect through analysis of communication satisfaction questionnaire andperformance report. The result shows that the improved communication managementprocedure do greatly promote the progress of Interior Development Project.Based on achievement of this paper, it is reasonable to believe that apply thisimproved communication management procedure to the whole project of Large CivilAircraft could definitely ameliorate current communication state and ultimately achievethe large civil aircraft developed by China could soar in the sky earlier.
