Under the fierce competition, management theoreticians and entrepreneurs pay more attention to internal management communication problem. American famous futurologist Naisbitt has pointed out that the future competition is the competition of management, the focus of it is the effective communication between the members of the organization or with its external organization. In modern society, Smooth management communication has become a key factor to stimulate the wisdom and vitality of organizations. Also it determines the organization's future development.The research aims at the barrier of interanl management communcation in N enterprise, and through work practices and the achievements of researches conducted by preceding scholars, trying to summerize the solution for commuication improvement. Firstly, the author collects and sorts out the related theory about management communication in the East and West, so as to provide adequate theoretical basis for overcoming actual management communication barrier. Then, introduces the main communication system, culture, ways in N enterprise, and finds out the present communication situation by means of questionnaire survey, so as to do specific analysis and discussion on the causes of formation of communication obstacles from organizational and personal factors combining with qualitative analytic method. Next, applicates comprehensively of investigation, case study and qualitative analysis, the main ideas for management communication improvement are pointed out:Overcoming cultural bias; Replace thinking; Adjusting communication skills; Mixing different corporate cultures. At last, the barrier and implement conditions for communication improvement are put forward, so as to form an effective and systematic internal management communication improvement program which also facilitate to implement. In the long run, some reference effects are expected for the healthy orderly development of enterprise who encounter the similar communication problems.The research finds out that there can be 4 levels of communication improvements: (1) Carrying out fully authorized and flat organization structure and management system (2) Sounding communication channels and perfecting the system construction, Someone specially assigned for responsible for the supervision and implementation of internal communication improvement measures (3) Grasping the diversity of formal and informal communication means (4) Establishing democratic, equal and open communication environment.
