As China’s private enterprises growing scale private enterprises in China’snational economy is becoming increasingly important. With China’s accession toWTO, China’s private enterprises in the face of great potential for development, butalso faces enormous challenges and growing competition. In this externalenvironment, constantly increasing the core competitiveness of enterprises to becomeprivate enterprises are facing the most urgent problems. Private enterprises in order toobtain long-term survival and development, it is necessary to establish their ownexcellent corporate culture. At present, China’s Shandong Chuan-yang although thegroup has been on the corporate culture of a certain level of knowledge, however, thisunderstanding is there is a deviation, heavy form of light connotation, family andcultural problems are endemic, greatly hampered the enterprise development andcorporate culture. For Shandong Chuan Yang Group is concerned, lack of moderncorporate culture and business development ideas and adapt their corporate culturehas become a constraint to further deepen and develop an important issue. Therefore,the main research methods used in this paper includes the actual research, literatureanalysis, questionnaire survey and expert interviews with law technology roadmap forprivate enterprise culture construction related research, trying to achieve a certainacademic significance and practical significance of reality, the specific content:In this paper, the importance of private enterprise culture based on knowledge,the first to explore the role of private enterprise culture and its importantcharacteristics, again on the basis of private enterprise culture has a holisticperceptions; Secondly, the article summarizes and analyzes the Shandong Chuan YangGroup corporate culture construction status, based on case studies to explore theconstruction of China’s current status of private enterprise culture, to promote privateenterprise culture construction provides a solid foundation; Furthermore, we studyShandong Chuan-yang Group corporate culture construction of the main problemsbased on this issue explore the corporate culture there is cause of the problem and itsimpact on enterprise development hazards; Finally, based on earlier studies, analysis of China’s enterprise Group culture enhancement measures, trying to integrate theorywith practice and the promotion of private enterprise culture construction.
