To enhance the market competitiveness of the logistics couriercompanies are increasing equipment engineering investment, so do the equipment projectfrom planning design to put into use in the process of schedule risk management has becomethe key to ensure timely completion of projects, improve the company operating capacity.Taking the engineering logistics equipment of E company as the research object, carriedon the analysis to the planning and design, logistics equipment engineering bidding, contractmanagement, manufacture and installation, acceptance and test each link schedule riskmanagement, on the basis of consulting a large number of project management literature,using the method of modern project management, combined with the actual construction,identification risk factors of logistics equipment engineering schedule, base on the AHPmethod to evaluate the likelihood and consequence of the risk factors, proposes thecorresponding risk processing strategy, in order to achieve the effective control of projectschedule, optimization of the project management process objectives.
