| In order to improve the national engineering construction management capacity and consulting service level,further improve the construction quality and investment income of engineering projects,the whole process engineering consulting service mode was born.As one of the main participants of the project,engineering consulting firms play a vital role in the process of construction,the risk management ability has become one of the core competitiveness of enterprises.TY Design Group Limited is an engineering consulting enterprise with architectural design as its core business,who attaches great importance to the cultivation and development of the whole process engineering consulting business.Facing the severe industry situation and increasingly complex market environment,the company has fully realized the importance of risk management,however,there are still some problems in the risk management of the whole process engineering consulting business.For example,there is no systematic risk management plan and no consideration of risk in the construction of corporate culture;Lack of professionals in risk management;Inadequate consideration of possible market risks,there is no clearly defined risk appetite;Too subjective,the identification of risk factors is not comprehensive enough;The evaluation standard of risk index is not perfect,lack of quantitative risk assessment method,the assessment of risk indicators is not accurate enough;The risk response measures are relatively simple;The organization is not perfect,the risk management activities of the whole process engineering consulting business lack of effective supervision and control,and so on.In view of all above problems,this thesis adopts methods such as questionnaire survey and interview survey,through analysis,the system and method of risk identification and risk assessment are proposed.Firstly,the work breakdown structure was adopted to divide the whole process engineering consulting business into four stages and comprehensively identify the risks existing in each stage of the whole process engineering consulting business.Then,the mathematical model of risk assessment was constructed by using analytic hierarchy process,conducted a risk assessment of the company’s whole process engineering consulting business.Eight key risks were identified based on each index score,they are the risk of delay in approval,the risk of improper selection of survey method,the risk of missing items in the estimate,the risk of design progress lag,the risk of communication failure between different design institutes,the risk of bidding planning error,the risk of budget deviation,the risk of project acceptance failure,and gave the corresponding measures one by one.Finally,five specific guarantee measures are proposed for the development and improvement of risk management of the company’s whole process engineering consulting business.First,establish a sound organizational system,set up a risk management committee and an independent risk management department,and clarify their management responsibilities to form a top-down,point-to-point comprehensive risk management system;Second,strengthen the construction of the company’s risk management culture system;Third,through the combination of external absorption and internal training,do a good job in human resources reserve and expand the team of risk management professionals;Fourth,aligning risk management with the whole process engineering consulting business process,according to the business process in accordance with the sequence of planned risk management work,establish and improve the responsibility mechanism and supervision mechanism of risk management;Finally,improve the information communication mechanism,based on the BIM 3D visualization platform which the company is already have,the risk management information system is built to realize the sharing and real-time monitoring of risk indicators.Through the research of this thesis,the risk management method and system of TY company’s whole process engineering consulting business are established,which provides a strong guarantee for the successful development of the whole process engineering consulting business of the company. |
