The highway is the economic growth artery, its success or failure of building and the developing speed directly impact on the speed and development of an enterprise, a region or even a country's growth rate and overall strength. Highway of mainland areas is started from the late-1980s, After nearly 20 years of sustained development, our country highway construction had the qualitative leap, quality and management level of highway is universally concerned by whole society, and have become a research focus and priorities, and the construction schedule of the project is the central issue of the research .This thesis attempts to analyze construction schedule risk qualitatively and quantitatively highway by the theory and the reality. Firstly find out the sequence of risk by AHP and grey relational theory, then find out the result similarities and differences from two methods, adopts the essential risk circumvented and the preventive measure. Achieves aim that prevents accidents before they occur. provides the evidence for the highway construction schedule administrative personnel to handle these risks.The research of this thesis lies in the mathematical analysis as the basis, in the microscopic aspect, obtains sequence of each schedule risk by the analytic hierarchy process and the gray relation theory and all consider expert's reliability, compare with two conclusion, make the final conclusion more reliable, in the macroscopical aspect, analyze entire highway construction schedule risk of the overall highway project by fuzzy comprehensive evaluation the.This thesis through three methods, two aspects and the Contrastive analyses, comprehensively understand highway engineering project construction schedule risk, provides some bases for the risk management of highway engineering project construction.
