Alone with the need for development and the listing on domestic small andmedium enterprises,more and more enterprises manage the customers in differentindustries and different regionsbyadopting group operation and setting up a number ofsubsidiaries. The expansion of enterprises and business incomealso brings manyproblems on the overall corporate performance and its management.How to evaluate agroup company subsidiary and how to determine its advantages and disadvantagesisone of the core issues in the operational mode of the group. So the Group need a set ofeffective or even efficient enterprise evaluation system in line with the overalldevelopment strategy of the Group. This paper study the problems mentioned abovebased on the specific characteristics of communication information services industryand the resistance encountered in the actual development process.The results and idea of this paper is built on the existing evaluation system inSZJQ. This paper summarizes the previous operation and analyzes data of thecompany by focusing on the medium-and long-term sustainable development of SZJQ,and makes a improved program.Firstly, This paper puts forward the relevantbackground and significance, and analyzes relevant research status at home andabroad, proposes the related research route, research contents and methods. Secondly,it expounds the basic theory of enterprise groups and performance evaluation system,as well as the structure and mode selection of Group Company subsidiaryperformance evaluation system as a theoretical basis for further study. Again, itanalyzes the present situation of SZJQ company and its subsidiary status, andidentifies the existing problems. Then, according to these problems, it puts forwardspecific plans and steps of the SZJQ company subsidiary performance evaluationprogram. Finally, it analyzes the influencing factors and measures.
