The system of performance management is an important means of modern enterprise management,and it is also an effective means for the enterprise to control subsidiary.The system of performance management not only reflects the core value of the enterprise,but also enhances the comprehensive ability of employees and the market competitiveness of the enterprise.With the improvement of group parent-subsidiary corporate diversification,JY group must clarify its strategic target,strengthen its performance management and improve its internal management ability,so as to survive and develop in the competition of state-owned enterprises which is highly marketized in xiamen.This paper is based on the theory of performance,and uses the method of key performance indicators to analyze and evaluate JY group's current performance management system.Based on the theory and the current situation of performance management of JY Group,this paper analyzes the problems that existing in the performance management of JY Group,and puts forward the improvement plan according to the practice.meanwhile,this paper also takes asset management company as an example.Problems of performance management and improvement method of controlling subsidiaries of the state-owned group JY is fully discussed,and it has certain theoretical and practical significance for JY group on how to assess market of subsidiaries.
