As an important part of business management, performance evaluation is a hot topic in research and practice. But, performance evaluation is in the starting phase in our country, and in the exploration stage. In recent years, some local researchers translate and introduce some books and articles about performance evaluation and some experimentalists devise their own performance evaluation system. As the development of the economics and international business, business groups play a more and more important role in the economics. Meanwhile the research of performance evaluation in a business group becomes hot. The focus of the paper is the performance evaluation of Group Company. The paper analyzes how to construct a EVA based performance evaluation system on the basis of the completion of tasks placed by parent company.There are five chapters in this article.Chapter one: introductions. At present, subsidiaries'performance evaluation is guided by the predetermined performance evaluation system designed by parent company. But it suffers from ignoring the needs of the subsidiary and cannot provide effective service to the subsidiary's strategic management. The subsidiary, as an independent legal entity, should not only have commitment to parent company but need construct a fair and objective performance evaluation system for itself. The paper will incorporate EVA into the subsidiary's performance evaluation and make EVA the focus of the subsidiary's performance evaluation system.Chapter two: Take Aviation Cares as an example, it hasn't its own performance evaluation system but a performance evaluation system determined by the parent company. But as a legal entity, it is far from enough for Aviation Cares to use the performance evaluation system determined by parent company because the performance evaluation system it uses can't embody the comprehensive evaluation of the subsidiary.Chapter three: Fundamental principles, applications and instructions of EVAPerformance evaluation system plays a crucial role in decision supporting, process controlling and measurement. As the society enters the knowledge and information ear, the performance evaluation and measurement system are being updated such as EVA and BSC.EVA has been in wide use by lots of corporations which have had a series of helpful experiences and practices during their tries to use EVA. Those all mean EVA is applicable in China. By references of other enterprise's practices, we can bypass or sort out those difficulties and problems in advance during the application of EVA..Chapter four: EVA's application in Aviation Cares.The paper has structured achievement centering on EVA first in Aviation Cares appraising system. And then bring forward the reason why structuring that system. Apply finally again additionally.Chapter Five: EVA index system obstacle and countermeasure applying in Aviation Cares. The article has introduced the obstacle and the countermeasure solving that EVA index system wields mainly.At the same time, it's mentioned finally in article that EVA can decompose to the branch, decompose to grass-roots unit every employee's on one's body, which can make grass-roots unit personnel no longer be the machinery budget index executive, and measure the grass-roots unit personnel achievement effect with EVA , can train their value thought. As for how to decompose, ability is effective, more rational and how and get in touch with incentive mechanism each other, will be the direction of future studies.
