| Based on lots of relevant documents and enterprises group investigation, the paper firstly reviews the development of performance evaluation system home and sea, especially analyzes the status of research on group internal performance evaluation. Secondly, based on relevant important theory about group and performance evaluation, the paper analyzes the elements of group internal evaluation system and summaries performance evaluation models for group to choose. Thirdly, aiming to existing problems in group internal evaluation, the paper establishes performance evaluation index system from the aspect of signal performance and group strategy execution. And then it identifies the method of weight and score. Finally, combing one case of group, apply the above performance evaluation index system, decides index weight and calculate score to carry out subsidiary performance evaluation. |
