Thus TCM extract industry now becomes an effective channel thatimproves the traditional Chinese medicine modernization and internationalization.Work as a professional company that produce of the modern TCM extract, TianjinTasly modern TCM resources company according Tasly group strategy therefore,TCM company must to make a new marketing strategies.So as to accepted by market,and become an important part of traditional Chinese medicine modernization andinternationalization.Take the Modern Resources Company as an instance, the paper researches themarket strategies of TCM extract. Firstly, take the external condition analysis as abeginning the paper research the affect of domestic and international extract marketactuality and future on MR. Then analyzes the internal condition of the company,bounded company’s resource capability.
