Since twenty-first Century,with the development of social economy,aging of population,diversity of life,Diabetes Mellitus(DM)has increasingly become a major chronic disease that threated to human health.Because of the increasing of the DM case rate,people’s living level,and medical level,the marketing of DM drugs has also increased.According to the data of International Diabetes Federation(IDF),in 2015 the global DM population has reached 415 million,7.2% more than that in 2014,and that number will be expected to reach 642 million in 2040.In 2015,there are 110 million DM people in our country,it has been 26% of that number in the world,then China has become one of the countries with the most DM people in the world.With the development of modern technology,various types of diabetic drugs have their place in the global market.With pharmaceutical companies have released 2016 full year earnings,it can be seen that the market capacity has steadily risen,in 2016 global diabetic drug market sales increased by 4% compared with it in 2015.With the increasing number of patients with DM,and the prolonged course of DM,total market capacity will increase continuously.Antidiabetic drug market will be promising,and Tasly Holding Group layout for their products in diabetic drug market.In this thesis,we will describe and analysis the marketing of DM,and propose opinions of strategy,for the R&D and sales of B1344 project products in the future.Both in this thesis,we will use the tools such as PEST,Michael Porter’s Five Forces Model,the core competitiveness and SWOT analysis model to analysis the product,and analysis of the macro environmental factors of the policy,economy,society and environment in the market of diabetes drugs,and analysis of the industry environment analysis of bargaining power among competitors,potential entrants,substitutes,suppliers and buyers in the industry.On that basis,Combined with SWOT analysis model,we will analysis the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats of B1344 project products.From that,we get the competitive strategy of "developing opportunities,utilizing advantages,weakening disadvantages and avoiding threats",and put forward the strategic choice and implementation plan for the implementation of the strategy. |
