Nowadays, traditional Chinese medicine market is still a more scattered market, it has already become more and more ripe, the competition becomes fiercer and fiercer. For getting much market share, Every traditional Chinese medicine enterprise adopts various means and expands one's own market share, in order to in the invincible position in the fierce market competition.The Tasly Company has already occupied a place practised on the traditional Chinese medicine market on day, it with DiAo and BuChang to contend, can't speak monopoly position of occupying. In the fierce competition environment, facing the rapid development of new technologies and individuation of customer's requirements, Tasly should analyze the external opportunities and threats as well as internal strengths and weaknesses, and by analyzing the forces that dictate the rules of competition within the telecom industry(barriers to entry, substitutes, bargaining power of buyers and suppliers, and current competitive rivalry), and then selecting a strategy that best exploits the competitive advantage of Tasly. At last, Tasly must manage and control the strategy efficiently to implement its strategic aim.The artic has been divided into six parts to discuss the competitive strategy of Tasly. In the first part, the writer introduces the company briefly at first , then discusses the necessity of establishing competitive strategy. In the second part, the writer discusse the theoretical foundation of enterprise's key competitiveness and make a concrete analysis of enterprise key characteristic and composition of competitiveness. The third analyzes the external opportunities and threats of Tasly. The forth discusses the internal strengths and weaknesses of Tasly, especially described the key competitiveness of Tasly company.
