The Balanced Scorecard (BSC) has got a very wide range of applications as itsborn20years. The focus of its application is the balance between each stage, variousincremental and strategy.BSC measure the related work from four aspects which arefinancial, customer, internal process, enterprise staff training and promote theenterprise development strategy implement. So, the performance index system of BSCact as a good role as a bridge between the daily work and the strategy. By theperformance index system of BSC, enterprises can focus on grasping theimplementation strategy. For carrying out the problem resolves the developmentstrategy of TQ Company, TQ managers look to the BSC and expect theimplementation of BSC to guide the company strategic management and integrationof resources.The main problem of this study is to deeply study the process of BSCimplementation of TQ Company. First of all, this paper discusses the basic principle,the core idea, implementation steps of BSC. Secondly, this thesis analyzes the SWOTof TQ Company and the internal rationality of its strategy. Once again, this thesisanalyzes the specific implementation process of BSC in TQ Company. Finally, thisthesis summarizes the focus, the security measures and the related reference of theBSC implementation in TQ Company.
