Research On The Development Strategy Of Shang Hai DQ Large State-Owned Enterprise Group Auxiliary Business

With the deepening of our economic and institutional reform, especially the reform of state-owned enterprises that has entered a critical stage, Shanghai DQ group encounters two tasks: the industrial promotion of main business (manufacturing industry) and the market and specialized reform of auxiliary business (service industry). Through the research on the strategic management theory from different angles, this thesis aims to discover the strategic management theory basis that suits the enterprise, and at the same time this thesis makes use of a lot of interviews and questionnaires both inside the enterprise and outside, and the development experience from international enterprises. Finally the author will find out a suitable direction for the auxiliary business of DQ and help it establish the superior business portfolio, promote the market competition ability, and become an important constituent in the DQ overall business development strategy. While putting great emphasis on the theory of strategic management, this paper pays even more attention to the practice, especially to the actual contribution to the development of Shanghai DQ group in the future.First, this paper introduces the background knowledge and the objective of this research in the foreword, and proposes the concrete mentality and the frame.
