Models And Programs To Study The Separation Of Major State-owned Enterprises

With the progressive deepening of the reform of the political system and economic system in China, the reform of the state enterprises has been speed up. Since china has entered WTO. Many state enterprises are losing their protection and facing challenges from all over the world . It is urgent for those large and medium-sized state enterprises to set up a reasonable structure of property right.Under the instructions of the modern theory of property right and according to some related policies in China, the author of this paper applied strategic analysis methods such as SWOT and the matrix of BCG to analyze the external macro environment and trade environment, the internal key resources as well as the competitive superiorities. Under the integral program of the development strategy of enterprises, the "self-circulation" mode has been applied in Times Group Co. and a plan for system reform of the separation of the auxiliary body from the main body has been drawn up.This paper intended to apply the theory of economy administration to solve the actual problems existing in enterprises. After designing and analyzing the plan for system reform of" separation" in Times Group Co., the author has drawn some conclusions as follows: 1) analysing and summarizing several kinds "separation" modes though actual case collection and study ; 2) drawing up a mode of self-circulation of " separation " which will be suitable for some profit-making large and medium-sized state-owned enterprises; 3) designing an integrated and feasible plan for system reform of "separation" for Times Group Co.This paper brought forward a different method to separate theauxiliary body from the main body and offered some advice that could be used in the process of the system reform in large and medium-sized state enterprises similar to Times Group Co.
