Diebold (Shanghai) company is a global financial equipment manufacturer whoseflagship product is ATM. These years with the marketing competition fiercer and fiercerand customers’ customized requirement higher and higher. Company need continuousprovide the new product with multiple function high quality and low cost,in order toenhance the company’s competitiveness and increase the marketing share. But currentlythe company is troubled by the new product launch delay which is caused by projectchanging; the aim of this paper is to find out a solution to solve this problem.Base on the changing management theory, process control theory and6Sigmatheories. Regarding the project launch delay issue for Diebold (Shanghai) company, wefind out that the root cause of this problem is project changing. After analyzing the wholeprocess of project change implementation, we decided to make out a new method toincrease the efficiency of implementation by optimizing current project changingimplementation process. Then we using the tools of DMAIC from6Sigma to analysisand improve the whole process step by step and finalized a serious of improving methods.Finally we used the PERT diagram tool from project management and two actual projectsamples to confirm the research direction and approach are correct. |
