Business Intelligence Team’s Process Re-design Based On Risk Management

In modern enterprises, different functions and departments have all kinds of requirements on risk cognition and risk management, as their data sources, communications, and responsibilities are diverse. Among them, business intelligence team is in the most demand level in risk management and relative action planning. Because it is the enterprise’s responsible access to internal business data, inner hierarchy and all outer independent market researchers.This situation leads to risk cognition, risk management plan, team structure redesign, process reconsideration, monitoring system and optimization systems on business intelligence team. The thesis depicts from three aspects which are background description and analysis, business team risk cognition and analysis, and team structure and process optimization.Through the risk cognition and process optimization, huge risks in work can be recognized and whole team working performance can be improved obviously. The development of business intelligence in China is still not enough; meanwhile, research on the business intelligence team’s risks and process optimization has value on risk management.
