Business Intelligence Project Risk Management

In the worldwide, the risk management of IT software project has been studied for more than 20 years. However, due to the late beginning of China’s software industry, its research in this area is lagging behind the world, mean while, we lack the successful practice of project case studies. In recent years, with the increasing popularity of Internet applications, China’s IT industry has entered a period of vigorous development. By means of introduction of technology, learning and independent study, we have not lagged behind in global technology, but in the area of enterprise IT system building-up, there is still a gap between China and global advanced level. Our enterprises lack scientific guidance for project management, IT project management staff has few sense of risk awareness, which greatly hindered the development of enterprises.
