Study On Patent Strategy For Nuclear Power Enterprise

In fierce market competition, China’s nuclear power enterprise badly need morescientific patent strategy that fits them, and make active use of patent strategy for winninga share in the international market. The application of patent strategy determines the corecompetitiveness of the future development of the enterprise. Therefore, it’s important tochoose a suitable patent strategy.This paper researched on patent strategy of nuclear power enterprise for enhancingthe innovative ability and the core competitiveness of enterprises. Firstly，the research andapplication of enterprise patent strategy at home and abroad are summarized, and putforward the research background and research significance for the future development ofnuclear power enterprises. Secondly, it was introduced the basic theory of enterprise’spatent strategy. Through comparing between various enterprises patent strategy, it isproved to a solution method of enterprise patent strategy that more scientific. it wasintroduced that about the patent strategy development of nuclear power industry. Thepatent strategy development of nuclear power enterprise at home and abroad wascompared, thus analyze the key point of patent strategy in china’s nuclear power industry.Finaly, it was case analysis. This paper used SWOT to analyze the internal and externalenvironments of China Nuclear Power Operation Technology Corporation, LTD., and alsodiscussed the practical application and implementation of its patent strategy.
