Research On Nuclear Power Industry Development Strategy Of Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Co. Ltd.

In recent years, with the development of sustained and stable economic in China, and the growing of the demand for energy and electricity, "Positive development of nuclear power," has become one of the basic principles in China's electric power development. China Guangdong Nuclear Power Holding Co. Ltd (CGNPC) is the only central enterprises in China which takes the nuclear power as its main industry, and is supervised by the State Council's State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission. Now in the period of important strategic opportunities for China's current development of nuclear power, the CGNPC has formed a good mechanism "nuclear support nuclear power, and rolling development" through 20 years' development. And now it already has some own competitive advantages. However, there is still some phenomenon which not fit for the situation of current nuclear development. In the thesis Firstly, I analyzed the CGNPC development of the nuclear power industry from its inner and external environment. Secondly, through the method of five basic competitive, I found the competitive advantage of the current CGNPC in nuclear power industry. Then I analyzed the strengths and weaknesses using SWOT analysis method for the CGNPC's competitiveness in the nuclear power industry. By the analysis above, I sum up the development strategy of nuclear power industry of CGNPC in the future .
