With the deepening of China’s opening up policy, China’s enterprises to globalizedknowledge economy has brought new development opportunities, but the greater thechance means higher challenge enterprises are facing unprecedented pressure. In order tocope with such a severe competitive environment, companies must develop humanresources management as a core process. Performance appraisal system is a scientificincentive system for effective talent management and development of new talent,ensuring enterprises to enhance the comprehensive strength from within.Based on the development of domestic and international performance appraisalsystem research, and understand the current situation of performance appraisal theory,proposed reference for the experience. This paper defined the main content and keyissues to be addressed thesis proposed research questions the basic ideas laid thetheoretical foundation and methodological support for performance enaluation studies ofTangshan Iron and Steel Employee.To create a scientific and rational performance apprisal system, the paper made thefollowing studies: combining the actual situation of Tangshan Iron and Steel Employee,Tangshan Iron and Steel Enterprise analysis of the status of employee performanceapprisal, describes the causes of this situation. Tangshan Iron and Steel to build aperformance appraisal system using KPI evaluation method, and proposed a guarantee ofperformance appraisal imlimentation. Provides a reference for the implimentation of themedium-sized state-owned enterprises performance evaluation mechanism.Tangshan Iron and Steel Employee for the presence of performance appraisalmanagement issues, drawing on the experience of domestic and foreign enterpriseperformance management, Tangshan Iron and Steel Employee proposed performanceapprisal management system and method for targeted and operability. Further strengthenour corporate performance management, improve enterprise performance appraisalmanagement level has played a certain role.
