Tangshan Guofeng iron and steel co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Guofeng ironand steel") is a collection of oxygen, sintering, ironmaking, steelmaking, steel rolling forthe integration of large-scale integrated iron and steel enterprises. By the national ironand steel industry structure adjustment and the influence of the domestic economicslowdown, the merger and reorganization of the industry, competition, enterprisedevelopment pressure increasing. In response to the change of internal and externalenvironment, making the company’s development strategy, it is imperative to have, andthe development of the company has a certain practical and reference significance.Based on the abundant company as the research object. HeGuoFeng widelycollected in iron and steel industry related information, on the basis of strategicmanagement theory research results at home and abroad for reference, and the advancedmanagement experience, comprehensive analysis of the company’s operating environment,formulate the development strategy, and proposed the corresponding guarantee measures.First of all, analyses the abundant strategic environment of the company. On thebasis of enterprise strategic management theory, USES PEST method to analyze theinternational and domestic economic situation changes in the environment changes, ironand steel industry. Using the baud five model analyzes the abundant competitionsituation faced by the company. From production and business operation, sales,procurement, raw materials, products, market supply and demand and price trend, themain products of the technical and economic indexes, seven aspects, such as energysaving and emission reduction, analyzed the company internal environment. On this basis,using the SWOT analysis method, analyzes the abundance of the company’s strengths,weaknesses, opportunities and threats.Second, developed countries feng development strategy of the company. From theenterprise tenet, spirit of enterprise and the enterprise core values in three aspects,proposed the development strategy of the company. Put forward the strategy and thestrategic target, strategic target and the refinement of eight aspects. From the ability of organization, marketing, cost control, new product research and development, theinformationization construction, production safety, energy conservation and emissionsreduction, risk control and so on eight aspects, design the way to the realization of thestrategic objectives.Finally, this paper expounds the abundant company implement the strategy ofnew security measures,and puts forward the company development strategy implementation safeguard measures from six aspects such as the capital,talent,management,technology,market development, and enterprise culture.
