Limited by their resources, enterprises are often struggling to meet requirements. Delays and reduced revenues are directly induced by conflicts in distributions of resources. Selections of projects, coordination of delivery time, and reasonable distribution of resources have all become critical tasks in modern business management. While traditional management methods to resolve the resource conflicts, but still there are some flaws, the main contents are as follows:This article analyzes and summarizes domestic and abroad methods of resource distributions under multiple projects.
